Hype up the creators around you. Rooms full of artists who cheer each other on become scenes.

Scenes are not found, they get built by people who publicly like each other’s work before anyone is watching. Sharing someone’s song costs you nothing and changes their week. It also compounds, because rooms where that is normal attract people who want to be in rooms like that. Treating other makers as competition is the fastest way to end up in a small room alone.

Say the specific thing out loud this week. Not a generic nice one, but what actually worked in it. Post somebody else’s project, show up to their thing, tell one person you thought they were good.
