Do it slow and right until right is the only way your body remembers.

RESILIENCE
Speed built on top of sloppiness has to be unlearned later, and unlearning runs much slower than learning. When you repeat something, your body records exactly what you did, mistakes included, and it has no way of knowing which parts you meant. Going slowly enough to be correct is how the right version becomes the automatic one.
Drop the tempo until you can do it without errors, then stay there longer than feels necessary. Speed up only once the slow version is boring. Fast and wrong costs you weeks of repair.
What are you rushing that your body should learn slowly?
