Your feed is built to keep you. Your Father is working to free you.

One of those is designed by people who get paid when you stay, and it is very good at its job. The scroll is not accidental, it is engineered to keep you holding still. God is moving the other way, toward your freedom, which is why prayer and Scripture feel slower and less immediately rewarding.

Put a boundary on the feed you already know is eating your evening, even a small one. Give the first part of that reclaimed time to God rather than to another app. Notice which of the two leaves you feeling more like a person.
