Every hero in Scripture had a flaw you could screenshot. God used them anyway.

Scripture is oddly honest about the people in it. They lied, ran, doubted, lost their tempers and made choices you would not defend in a group chat. None of that was edited out, which suggests the usefulness was never conditional on the record being tidy.

Stop waiting to be sorted before you are available. Take the thing in front of you this week and do it as the flawed version of yourself, since that is the only version available. Keep working on the flaw, but do not let it hold the job.
