Two questions can be held at once: what is genuinely broken, and what is still available. People tend to collapse into one or the other, either cataloguing problems endlessly or insisting everything is fine. Keeping both open is what allows accurate action.
With a situation you are stuck in, make two short lists side by side: what is not working, and what could work. Do not let either one erase the other. Act from the second list while staying honest about the first.
What is working right now that you rarely mention?
