Prayer does not have a required posture or a required room. The idea that it only counts kneeling somewhere quiet is a rule nobody made, and it mostly stops people praying at all. Two minutes between buildings is a real conversation with God. Availability matters more than setting.

Use the gaps you already have this week, the walk, the queue, the bus. Say one honest sentence in each rather than saving it for a proper session that never happens. The scattered ones add up to more than the ideal version you keep postponing.
