The best youth leaders don’t have all the answers. They have their door open.

Having answers is less useful than being available, which is the opposite of how leadership usually gets imagined. An open door means someone can turn up mid crisis and not have to book it or justify it. Most of what people need at that point is not a solution, it is somebody who does not flinch.
Be the person with the open door in your youth group or wherever you are. Answer the message, save the seat, stay behind for the awkward ten minutes. You do not have to know what to say to be worth turning to.
Whose door would you knock on with a question tonight?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
