God doesn’t scroll back through your old posts looking for reasons to cancel you.

Nobody is combing your archive for evidence. The internet trained everyone to expect that anything old can be surfaced and used, so it is easy to assume God works the same way, waiting with a screenshot. Forgiveness is not a suspended sentence that gets reopened later. What was dealt with is not being saved for a worse day.

If there is something you keep bracing about, notice that you are the one holding it open. Say it once, honestly, and stop relitigating it at night. Then do the practical repair if somebody was hurt, because that part is yours rather than a punishment.
