Believe there is another move while you still have one.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

As long as a move remains available, the situation is not finished, whatever it feels like. The conviction that nothing can be done usually arrives before it is actually true, and it stops the search that would have found the next step. Checking whether you still have a move is a concrete question rather than an emotional one.

When you feel out of road, list what you could physically do tomorrow, however small. If the list is not empty, you have a move. Take one and reassess after.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

In your hardest situation, what move have you not tried yet?
