Fear rehearses a narrow set of scenarios, usually the same few, over and over. The actual future draws from a much larger pool, including outcomes you have never once imagined, many of them fine. Your anticipation is not a survey of what could happen; it is a highlight reel of what worries you.

When your mind presents a bad future as though it were the forecast, remember how much it has not considered. You do not have to argue with it. Just hold the fact that the range is wider than the rehearsal.
