Believe in possibilities enough to become one of their causes.

Possibilities do not arrive on their own; they are brought about by people acting. Believing something could happen and then being one of the forces that makes it happen is a different relationship to the future than waiting to see. It also means the belief is no longer just a prediction about you.

Pick something you want to see exist and ask what your contribution to it could be, however small. Make that contribution. Being a cause changes both the odds and your standing in relation to them.
