Falling apart for a night does not undo what you have built. There is an idea floating around that being upset proves you are going backward, which turns one hard evening into a verdict on the whole effort. That is not how any of it works. Plenty of real changes begin on the worst night, when something finally becomes impossible to keep ignoring.
If you had one of those recently, treat it as weather rather than a result. Sleep, eat, tell somebody. Then pick the work back up the next day, no restart required.
What decision came out of one of your worst nights?
