Being the best player on the team comes with a job: making the worst player better.

LEADERSHIP
Being the strongest person in a room comes with work attached, whether or not anybody hands it to you. A team only rises to the level of its weakest link under pressure, so making that link stronger is not charity, it is the most useful thing the best player can spend time on. It also happens to be the part nobody records.
Find the person who is struggling most and give them fifteen real minutes this week. Not advice shouted across the gym, but standing next to them and working through the one thing they keep getting wrong.
Does anyone on your team improve because you are there?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
