Total agreement is almost never a sign that the plan is good. It usually means disagreeing has become expensive, or the people around you were picked for comfort rather than for what they can see. Either way you have removed your ability to find out you were wrong before it costs something. A group that only reflects you back is pleasant and useless.
Ask one person who thinks differently where your plan is weak, and make it easy by asking for the strongest version. Do not defend while they talk. Thank them in front of others, because that is what makes the next person willing.
