The quiet one in the group chat hasn’t typed in a week. Leadership is noticing that.

LEADERSHIP

WHAT THIS MEANS

Withdrawal is quiet by nature, which is exactly why it goes unnoticed in a busy group. Nobody is ignoring the person on purpose. It is that an active chat fills the space and an absence makes no sound at all. Noticing takes a deliberate scan, and whoever does that scan is doing something the group genuinely needs.

Think of who has gone quiet and message them directly rather than in the group. Ask about something specific rather than whether they are okay, because a specific question is easier to answer. If they do not reply, send one more a few days later and leave it there.
