Anybody can point at a problem. Leaders point at it and then grab a mop.

LEADERSHIP
Identifying what is wrong is the easy half and it feels like contributing, which is why so much of it is on offer. Diagnosis with no hand attached mostly adds to the pile. The rare move is naming the thing and then being the one who starts on it, even the first small piece. That turns you from commentary into the reason it got better.
Next time you are about to complain about something, complain and then do five minutes on it. Just the first five. If you cannot fix it, find out who could and go ask them yourself rather than saying somebody should.
Which problem have you named without offering to help?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
