If you talk one way in the DMs and another way in public, people eventually notice the second account.

Running two versions of yourself costs more than it looks like, and the seams always show. Someone screenshots a message. Someone hears the private voice slip out in a public moment. What people trust is not the polished version or the sharp one, but whether the two match.

Read back a few of your own messages from this week and ask whether the same person wrote all of them. If you would not say it to someone’s face, leave it out of the side chat too.
