Next time you get mad, get curious instead of loud. Your anger is trying to teach you something about you.

CREATIVITY

WHAT THIS MEANS

Anger usually points at something that matters to you and got stepped on, and the size of the reaction says something about the size of the thing. Getting loud spends that information instead of reading it. The trigger and the actual cause are often quite far apart. Once the heat drops, it is worth asking what exactly got hit.

When something sets you off this week, wait until it passes and then ask what it touched. Fairness, being overlooked, feeling stupid in front of people. You are not excusing whoever did it, you are finding out what you care about more than you realized.
