Everybody you think is weird has a story that would make total sense if you knew it.

Behavior that looks strange from outside is usually a sensible response to something you cannot see. A person’s history sets what counts as normal for them, and you are watching the output with none of the input. Weird is mostly a word for missing context. Once you have the context, the same behavior usually reads as obvious.

Pick one person you have written off and get curious instead. Ask something ordinary about their life and listen longer than feels necessary. You do not have to end up liking everyone, you just end up with fewer people flattened into a single word.
