Everything you want costs hours. Everybody gets the same daily paycheck; the difference is the spending.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

Time is the one currency nobody can top up. Everyone gets the same amount each day, it cannot be saved, and whatever is not spent deliberately still gets spent. That is why two people in similar circumstances end up somewhere completely different after five years. Not because one was handed more hours, but because of where the hours went.

Track one honest week. Write down roughly where the time actually goes, without adjusting your behavior to look good. Then move two hours, just two, from something that gives you nothing toward something you say you want.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

Which of your hours yesterday went somewhere you did not choose?
