It is not tuned for a group chat or a presentation, so it fires at things that cannot hurt you. That means the caution you feel first is not a personal defect and not a recommendation, just a default that can be overridden.

The override is manual and it installs through repetition, in small doses. Speak once in the class that scares you, send the message, put your name down. Each one trains the system on evidence. Nobody gets the upgrade by waiting to feel differently first.
