Being the oldest means someone smaller is watching you figure it out. Figure it out well.

Younger siblings do not copy the advice, they copy the behavior, including the parts you would rather they had missed. That is a lot to hold while you are also just trying to get through your own week, and nobody asked whether you wanted the job. It arrives with the birth order and no instructions.

Pick one thing to let them see clearly this week: apologizing properly, studying without a scene, saying out loud that you were wrong. It does not have to be a performance of having it together. Watching you handle something badly and then handle it anyway teaches more than watching you never struggle.
