Use what you know to reduce someone else’s unnecessary difficulty.

You have hard-won knowledge that would save someone else considerable trouble, and most of it never gets passed on because sharing it requires you to notice you have it. Much of the difficulty people face is unnecessary, already solved by someone who did not think to mention it.

Think of the thing you learned painfully that others are currently learning the same way. Tell one person, or write it down properly. The cost to you is an hour.
