Look at your week. If none of it was your idea, something’s off.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Weeks fill themselves if you let them. Obligations, shifts, other people’s plans, whatever landed in your messages first, and none of that requires a decision from you. You can reach Friday having been busy the entire time without one thing on the list being something you actually chose.
Look back at the last seven days and count what was your idea. If the answer is zero, treat that as information rather than a failure. Put one thing on next week that came from you, protect it as though somebody important assigned it, and build out from there.
Which part of this week was your own idea?
