Do not abandon a worthwhile direction because progress became difficult to photograph.

RESILIENCE
A lot of real progress produces nothing visible. Understanding deepens, foundations get stronger, skill accumulates, and none of it makes an image. Abandoning a direction because it stopped generating visible evidence means selecting your life for photogenic work rather than valuable work.
When you feel the pull to switch to something more demonstrable, ask whether the current thing has stopped working or has just stopped showing. Those are very different problems.
What are you still working on with nothing yet to show?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
