Notice who gets quiet when you get good news. That silence is an answer.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

Good news sorts people without you asking it to. Most will be glad, some will be loud about it, and a few will find something else to look at, change the subject, or go strangely flat. That reaction is usually about their own position rather than about you, and it is still information worth having. Silence at the right moment says as much as words do.

Do not build a confrontation out of it. Just adjust who you bring things to, notice who genuinely lights up, and be that person for somebody else when their turn comes.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

Who went quiet the last time something went well for you?
