Some people are built for sunrise, some for midnight. Quit forcing yourself into someone else’s hours.

STILLNESS
Schedules carry a moral tone that has nothing to do with how anybody’s head actually works. Getting up early gets read as evidence of character and staying up late as evidence of laziness, when they are only different placements of the same set of good hours. Fighting your own placement means doing your best thinking at your worst time and then blaming yourself for the result.
Find where your good hours fall by watching a week rather than deciding in advance. Arrange what you can around that and stop apologizing for the rest. Some things are fixed; plenty of others can move.
When does your brain actually work best, morning or late night?
