Nicknames from years ago can box you in. You’re allowed to outgrow what people used to call you.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
A name that got attached at twelve was a description of a twelve year old, and it usually stops being accurate long before anyone stops using it. Labels are convenient, so people keep them. The risk is that you start living up to yours out of habit, playing the funny one or the quiet one because the room expects it. That expectation is much older than you are now.
Ask whether the name people use still describes anything true. If not, you can simply behave differently and let the label fall behind. Saying you would rather not be called it is also allowed.
