Knowing your limit isn’t weakness. It’s the scouting report on your own engine.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Limits get treated as something to be ashamed of, so people find out where theirs are the hard way, usually in the middle of something that mattered. Knowing in advance is what lets you plan around it. Every serious athlete, driver and musician knows exactly what their equipment can take, and none of them consider that a confession. It is accurate information about the machine.
Work out where yours actually sit: how many late nights before you get sharp with people, how many commitments before something drops. Write the numbers down. Then build the next few weeks to stay under them on purpose rather than by luck.
