The habits nobody sees are the ones deciding who shows up in public.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Public behavior is mostly a readout of private conditions. How you slept, what you say to yourself, whether you did the work in advance, all of it arrives with you and changes how patient and how sharp you are in the room. People will credit your character for something that was actually last Tuesday’s routine. The private layer is where the lever is.
Take the version of yourself you want in public and work backward to what it needs. Usually it is sleep, preparation, and less of something. Fix one of those this week and see whether the public part gets easier without you trying harder.
