Whoever controls your attention controls your week. Make sure it’s you.

LEADERSHIP
Attention is the input for everything else. Whatever gets it decides what you learn, who you feel close to, what you worry about and what you eventually get good at. Plenty of clever systems are built to capture it, and none of them are asking what you wanted out of your week. Losing that argument does not feel like losing, which is the problem.
At the start of the week, name two things you want your attention to go to and give them a time. At the end, check honestly where it actually went. Treat the gap as information rather than a verdict.
Who set the agenda for your attention this past week?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
