Standing that comes from being visible has to be topped up constantly. It is not stored anywhere, so the moment you go quiet it drifts to whoever is posting now, and none of it gathers into anything you own. Skill, relationships and finished work behave differently, because they stay put while you sleep.

Ask what you would still have if your accounts vanished tonight. Whatever is left is the part actually worth building. Spend more of this week on that and less on maintaining a position that resets every time you stop feeding it.
