Write your own playbook. If you’re only running plays other people designed, you’re predictable.

LEADERSHIP
Borrowed methods come with borrowed limits. Following a system somebody else built means you can only do what it already anticipated, and anyone who knows the system knows what you will do next. Your own approach comes from your actual strengths, which are a combination nobody else has, and that is what makes it hard to plan against.
Take one thing you do by default because that is how it is done and change it deliberately. Study differently, train differently, structure the work around when you are actually sharp. Keep what works for you, drop what only works for other people.
Whose plan are you running that you never actually chose?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
