A good poker face isn’t lying. It’s refusing to give out information for free.

LEADERSHIP
Keeping your reaction off your face is not the same as lying. You are deciding who gets to read you and when. Most of what people learn about you, they pick up in the half second after something lands, before you have chosen anything. Once it is out, it cannot come back.
Notice this week where your face moves first: a grade handed back, a name brought up, a message opening in front of someone. Take a breath before you answer. You can still say the true thing later, once you have decided it is theirs to know.
What do your reactions give away before you decide to share?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
