Public credit and private credit run on completely separate systems. Highlights capture whoever touched it last, while everybody involved knows precisely where the work came from, and that second record is what decides who gets picked next time. Being useful is noticed by the people whose opinion actually shapes your life.

This week, do one thing that makes somebody else look good and then leave the record uncorrected. Set them up, hand over what you know, back their idea in the group. Nobody outside the room will see it, and the person you did it for will not forget.
