Streets are named after people who did something worth a street. Most of them started out as regular kids in regular towns.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Nobody is born as the version of themselves that ends up on a sign. The names carved into buildings belonged to people who were once bored in a classroom, unsure, unremarkable to anybody watching. What separated them was a long middle stretch nobody records, full of ordinary work done anyway. The finished version always looks inevitable and never was.
Look up who your street or your school is named after and read two paragraphs about them. Find the part where they were your age. It is usually less impressive than you expect, which is the encouraging part.
