When you’re insecure, every like, every late reply becomes evidence. Sometimes the case is only in your head.

An anxious head makes an excellent prosecutor and a poor judge. It gathers only what fits the case, files ambiguity as confirmation, and never counts the twenty ordinary interactions that point the other way. A late reply has a hundred boring explanations and your mind hands you the worst one first, which is not a flaw in you, it is simply what worry does. Knowing the pattern does not switch it off, though it does give you somewhere to stand.
Take one piece of evidence and check it gently. Ask the person, or wait a day. Most cases fall apart on contact.
