If everybody around you agrees with you, you’re not in a circle. You’re in an echo.

A group that agrees with everything you say is comfortable and tells you nothing. You cannot find out whether an idea holds up inside a room built to approve it, because approval is the only thing that room produces. That works fine right until you take the idea somewhere that has no reason to be nice to you. An absence of pushback is not the same as being right.

Find one person who will argue with you properly, and actually ask them. Listen without assembling your counter while they talk. Being disagreed with by somebody who likes you is one of the cheapest useful things going.
