Anyone can build a profile. Nobody can fake years of showing up in person.

Profiles are selections, and anybody can put a convincing one together in an afternoon. What cannot be assembled is the record of somebody being physically present over years: the rides, the waiting around, the turning up when it was raining and nothing interesting was happening. That kind of history accrues in real time and there is no shortcut into it. It is also the part nobody thinks to display.

Weigh people by the hours rather than the presentation. Then add hours to the ones you want to keep, since that is the only currency that works here. Go somewhere in person this week.
