You don’t get to choose whether someone younger looks up to you. You only choose what they see.

Whether somebody younger picks you as their model is not up to you, and it is rarely who you would have guessed. A cousin, a kid on the team, a sibling’s friend. They are not studying your advice, they are studying how you act when things are annoying, how you talk about people, what you do after you lose. All of it registers at the exact moment you are not trying.

You do not have to be flawless for them. Let them see you handle something badly and then put it right. That teaches more than a performance they could never match.
