Before bed, ask one question: would I trust the person I was today with something that matters?

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

A whole day is too big to grade, so most people either skip the review or turn it into a general verdict on themselves. One narrow question does better work than that. Being trustworthy is made of small visible actions, so asking whether today’s version of you earned it points at behavior instead of mood. It is also a question with a usable answer.

Try it for a week, lying in bed, with no list and no scoring. Some nights the answer is yes and you can leave it there. When it is no, name the single moment that made it no, and let that be tomorrow’s job.
