Your calendar is a mirror. What you say matters and where your hours go should match.

REFLECTION
Stated priorities are cheap and hours are not, which is why the honest version of what you value is the one written into your week. You can believe you care about music, or your family, or getting fit, and still have given it twenty minutes since the semester started. That gap is rarely dishonesty. It is drift, because nothing on the list defends itself.
Add up roughly where last week actually went. Set it beside the three things you would name if somebody asked what matters to you. Then move one hour, this week, from something that was never a priority to something that is.
Does where your hours go match what you call important?
