Look at what you do on a free Saturday with no plans. That’s what you actually love.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Preferences show up most clearly when nothing is required. With no obligation and no audience, whatever you drift toward is a fairly honest signal, and it is often not the thing you tell people you are into. That gap is worth knowing rather than fixing. Sometimes the answer is unglamorous, and it is still the truest information you have about yourself.
Think back over the last few unplanned days and write down what you actually did with them. Look for the thing you chose more than once. Then see whether any part of your week could be arranged to include more of it on purpose.
What did you do with your last completely open Saturday?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
