Unfair situations are real. They still leave you a next move. Find it before you finish complaining.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Unfairness is real, complaining about it is accurate, and neither of those changes what happens next. Both things hold at once: you were treated badly, and the next move is still yours. Time spent proving the first point is time not spent on the second. Naming the injustice properly is what lets you stop arguing with it.

Say the unfair thing out loud once, to someone who will believe you. Then ask what options remain and pick one before the day is over. Refusing to move because you should not have had to is the response that costs you twice.
