Someday someone small will copy exactly how you handle stress. Start practicing now.

Children learn how to handle pressure by watching, not by being told. What transmits is the behavior itself: whether the voice rises, whether frustration lands on whoever is nearby, whether the hard thing gets named or hidden. None of it is taught deliberately, which is exactly why it copies so accurately.
Pick the one reaction you would least want repeated and work on that alone. Notice the moment just before it, since that is the only place any choice exists. And when you handle something badly in front of someone, say so afterwards, because repair is also learned.
What would a younger kid copy from your worst days?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
