Raising your own ceiling is great. Raising the floor for everyone behind you is legacy.

LEADERSHIP
Personal progress ends with you, and it ends when you do. Changing the baseline for the people coming after is a different kind of work, and it keeps operating once you have stopped paying attention. Both are worth doing, and only one of them carries on past your own life.
Ask what would have made your path easier at the start, and build one piece of that for whoever is there now. It might be a document, a route, an introduction, or simply saying out loud how something really works. Small permanent improvements beat large temporary ones.
What standard could you raise for everyone coming after?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
