Showing up late all the time says something you’d never say out loud: “My time matters more.”

Lateness communicates something you would never state directly, and it communicates it repeatedly. Once is a bad morning, and everyone has those. A habit of it tells people where they sit in your ordering, because the one thing you consistently protect is your own last ten minutes.
Work backwards from the arrival time instead of forwards from when you leave. Build in the delay you always forget, and treat the appointment as beginning when other people start waiting.
Who ends up waiting whenever you are running late?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
