Ten minutes a day doesn’t look like anything in a week. In a year it looks like a different person.

REFLECTION
Small amounts are invisible on short timescales, which is why almost nobody sticks with them. A week of ten-minute sessions produces nothing you can point at, and that absence of evidence is the main reason people stop before the part where it compounds. The change seems to arrive suddenly only because you could not see it accumulating.
Choose one thing and commit to the length rather than the result. Mark the days somewhere visible and agree with yourself not to evaluate anything for three months.
How would your daily ten minutes look one year later?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
