Treat mobility like wealth before age teaches you its exchange rate.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Being able to move well is a form of wealth that is spent slowly and cannot easily be bought back. Most people only learn what it was worth when the price of getting some of it back becomes clear, and by then the exchange rate has moved badly against them. Squats, walking, stretching, and carrying things are deposits made at a much better rate now than later.
Add one movement practice that you could still be doing in twenty years. Keep it small enough to survive a busy month. This is a long-term account and consistency is the only thing that funds it.
How much do you value being able to move freely today?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
