Strength is not cosmetic when life suddenly asks you to lift something that matters.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Strength gets treated as a matter of appearance until a real moment arrives: a person to lift, a heavy thing to move, a fall to catch, a long day of physical demand. In those moments the capacity is either there or it is not, and no amount of good intention substitutes. That is a plainer reason to build it than any aesthetic one.
Train for what you might need rather than for how you want to look. Carrying, lifting from the floor, getting up quickly. It changes what you can offer when something real happens.
When did you last need strength you were glad to have?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
